Membership Types

Producer / Agricultural Landowner Member

For individuals and entities actively engaged in agricultural production, including:

  • Individual proprietors

  • Landowners with Schedule F income of $5,000 or more

  • Farms and ranches

  • Firms, trusts, partnerships, companies, and corporations engaged in agricultural production

 

Includes:

  • Full voting privileges at membership meetings

  • Eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors

  • Access to all Association publications and policy updates

  • Direct engagement in advocacy and natural resource policy efforts

Allied-Industry Member

​For businesses and professionals who provide services, equipment, or materials to agricultural producers.

​

Includes:

  • Voting privileges at membership meetings

  • Access to Association publications and policy updates

  • Networking and collaboration opportunities

  • Engagement in advocacy affecting production agriculture

Associate Member

For retired members of the Association.

​

Includes:

  • Attendance at membership meetings

  • Access to Association publications

  • Access to budget information

  • Continued connection to the agricultural community

Membership Committees 

We are always looking for members who are willing to step forward and get involved. The more you invest in your membership, the more meaningful and impactful your experience will be.

WWAA committees help guide the work of the Association. They convene events, track progress on key initiatives, and develop practical solutions that benefit production agriculture across Western Washington.

Participation in committees is one of the most effective ways to:

  • Shape policy priorities

  • Strengthen industry collaboration

  • Support research and education

  • Build leadership within the agricultural community

Current WWAA Committes

  • Executive Committee: Provides leadership and strategic direction between Board meetings. Oversees organizational governance and supports implementation of Board decisions.

  • Natural Resources Committee: Focuses on land use, water, drainage, environmental regulation, and conservation issues affecting working farmland.

  • Legislative Committee: Monitors local, state, and federal policy. Develops advocacy positions and works to advance legislation that protects and strengthens agriculture.

  • Research Committee: Supports crop research, agricultural economics, and innovation that improves the viability and sustainability of production agriculture.

  • Communication Committee: Guides messaging, outreach, and public education efforts to ensure agriculture is represented with clarity and strength.

  • Finance Committee: Provides oversight of budgets, financial planning, and long-term fiscal sustainability of the Association.
